Construction
Here at Prime Renovations, we believe in teamwork! It is vital to a project to work collaboratively as a team so we recommend weekly meetings with owners, architects, and designers.
On each project, we will provide a project manager and site supervisor to maintain quality and schedule
ProCore Construction Management Software
This software helps all party’s stay organized. It keeps everything in one place and allows for easy access to the financials, RFI’s, drawings, change orders, meeting minutes, and most important daily logs.
We share our daily logs (which shows real-time progress of the project) with the owners, architects, and designers. Along with photos of work accomplished that day.
Insurance
It’s well-known that the construction industry is complex and requires layers of strategic insurance. The need for protective insurance relates to unique building circumstances, especially in heavy construction areas like New York. At Prime Renovations we make sure the homeowner is also protected through our action over insurance plan which is vital for a homeowner.
