This was our third renovation in this building. In this home we completely renovated the kitchen and bathroom. We used two different styles of IKEA cabinets and customized them for the kitchen and the bathroom consisted mostly of porcelain tile with penny rounds for the floor.
I feel like I have become an Ikea salesperson. We have no problem doing custom or semi custom cabinets but I believe for the value there is no better then Ikea. I would rather see a client spend their money on nicer appliances or do something they would not otherwise do then pay the price for a custom kitchen.
This one was example, Our client, a very nice young couple with a child and another coming had a tight budget but wanted to do their kitchen. Before meeting me they met with other contractors and the prices they were getting made their renovation impossible. They reached out to me and we talked in great length about Ikea and they decided to go with it. We are all extremely happy with the finished product.

We have not posted in a while, not because we didnt have the work we were to busy, many updates coming. This was both a fun and stressful project as we had very little time to renovate this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment
